This reinforced concrete base was made for the Transformer to sit on.
Our team began by cutting into the original concrete base, they then created shutters out of plywood to divide the sections of the base.
Steel bars were then fixed into the ground and concrete was then poured ontop.
Once the concrete has cured the internal shutter were removed and the Transformer will sit ontop with its weight compressed directly ontop of the reinforced concreted plinths.
